Accidents happen. After all, dogs are only canine. And even the best-behaved cats sometimes think outside the litter box. That’s when it’s up to us, as their true best friends, to have the right product on hand to restore peace, love and carpets. In the case of pet urine and other tough stains and odors, Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator is the one to reach for. Its professional-strength bio-enzymatic formula goes to work at once, releasing active enzymes that feed on ammonia residue left behind in pet urine and other organic materials. So not only does it get out the stain, it eliminates the odor deep down within the carpet at its source-which discourages re-soiling. The result: Stains and odors are completely eliminated, leaving carpets, floors, furniture and other surfaces fresh and your beloved pet out of the dog house. Of course, it works on much more than pet urine: any organic stain-vomit, poop, all the gross stuff, whether human or animal-lifts out of rugs, carpets and upholstery easily and completely. And not only is our Stain & Odor Eliminator child and pet friendly, it’s so safe on carpets its earned approval from the trusted Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI).
Many of our customers tell us this is the most effective stain and odor product they’ve ever used. From stinky yellow pet urine and poop to vomit and other organic spills, our professional-strength formula tackles them all. This spray contains natural enzymes that are activated on contact with odors and stains, feeding on ammonia crystals and organic matter until they are completely eliminated.

CARPET & UPHOLSTERYOur Stain & Odor Eliminator works hard to get rid of the toughest stain and odor problems. It’s certified safe and effective by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) for all colorfast carpets and works great on most upholstery. If it’s gross, it’s gone! |
CONCRETE & TILESafe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. Because concrete is so porous, a treated area can dry out very quickly, especially in warm climates. Placing a piece of plastic or a damp towel over the treated area can help keep the product wet and active. |
HARDWOOD & LAMINATEOur product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don’t leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling. |
LAUNDRYNeed to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual. |
DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS
Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.
DIRECTIONS FOR DEEP ODOR PROBLEMS

---|---|---|---|
STEP 1: SOAK THE STAINUse enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine. |
STEP 2: LET IT SITOne hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight. |
STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHTFold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area. |
STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECTOnce dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment. |
